The one in the front is cayenne pepper. My label maker ran out of tape. I could have hidden it in the back. I didn't want to upset the alphabetical system.
Crazy, I know.
I had some spices left over. I had some that were duplicates. I had several jars of vanilla. Why? I don't know. I think having the new little spice jars will help with my organization as I will be able to see at a glance what I need. I put the overflow in a pretty little bowl I found at World Market.
